Victorian sterling silver coin/compact purse with embossed Art Nouveau design and turquoise enamel trim and sterling chain. An elegant “EB” monogram is in the center cartouche. A push lever on top of the case opens and closes the purse securely. Inside the purse has sterling marks on two panels. A hinged swing arm holds bills or cigarettes securely, with slots for powder and coins. The case is 2.5” W x 3.5” H, with chain extension 6.” Beautiful condition. 100 grams.
