This is a vintage 10k yellow gold high school class ring in very excellent condition. This woman's class ring is for The Mary Louis Academy, Jamaica NY. This solid 10K gold ring weighs more than 10 grams. Appears to be size 6.5 - 7.
With faceted navy oval shaped stone, ring is from 1956 but year is not part of outside of ring. Ring is stamped 10k inside right along with the stamp of Dieges and Clust, who were jewelers established in NY in 1898. Part of my sister in law's estate, it has her name engraved on inside of ring. Looks barely used and it was stored away many years without use.
