By Gustavsberg, Made in Sweden. There are no chips, no cracks. Hard to find decorative version.
Measuring 2” by 2” by 2 1/8”, this beautiful example features “silver” trim around the top edge as well as medallions on all 4 sides of 2 designs, variations of the same design. A lovely example.

Gustavsberg was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 1786. William Kage (Swedish, 1889-1960, born Algot Wilhelm Kage) who had trained with Henri Matisse, joined the firm as Artistic Director in 1917 and served until 1949. His Argenta line of green-glazed stoneware with silvered decorations was one of his most popular designs for Gustavsberg.
