Up for sale is a vintage Matchbox Superfast No. 53 "Freeway Gas Tanker," made in England by Lesney in the mid-1970s. This collectible features the iconic red and white "Burmah" livery and is a must-have for any Matchbox enthusiast.
Condition:
Vehicle: The car is in exceptional, unplayed-with condition. The paint is vibrant, and the decals are clean and fully intact. All wheels spin freely. The vehicle is Near Mint (NM) to Mint (M).
Box: The original "Superfast" box is in decent display shape, with all flaps present. There is some minor wear and creasing consistent with its age, but it has protected the model perfectly for nearly 50 years.
