With rainbow colored satin details, this 90s dress give me such 80s vibes! Features a strapless bodice with boning, a slightly dropped waistline, 2 ruffle tiers with netting underneath for added poof and the cherry on top... those giant satin rosettes on one hip! Back zipper closure and fully lined. No material tag present but most likely an acetate or rayon material with little to no stretch.
