There are 27 Deed Cards not 28 as box packaging indicates. Everything has been accounted for. Also 14 Pokemarts (Hotels) and 33 Poke Centers. Box wear is slight as pictured, and as a used and opened game is in excellent condition. Our youngest moved out and we are clearing out hobby room for guests room.
