This Felix Arbeo dress with its sheer chiffon overlay is a romantic vintage treasure. The sheer sleeves secure at the wrists with cuffs that snap closed. Silk/Satin Lined.

* The hook and eye - at the waist - has come unstitched on one side (I will try and get that fixed); there is/was belt loops, but belt is missing.
** There are a couple of snags / runs towards the bottom of the dress (shown in last 3 photos), but nothing major or out of the ordinary for a dress of this age, and hardly noticeable.
