Vintage Fenton Hobnail Pedestal Lidded Dish~amberina; UV Reactive

This piece is beautiful, heavy, and UV reactive. That being said, vintage glass has lived a life, and the lid of this piece has a couple of dings to show for it. There are 2 chipped spots on the inside of the rim, invisible when the lid is in place. I’ve shown the flaws from 2 different angles (photos 7-10) in order to provide the most accurate description and to show that they are on the inner rim rather than the edge of the dish. I can run my finger around the whole top and it’s smooth. The 2 chips are on the inner rim only. Aside from that, the base of the dish is in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks, fractures, etc. It displays strikingly, as the deep red color is attention grabbing. The last photo is taken with the bigger chipped edge in the front to illustrate how beautifully the dish presents, with the flaws being irrelevant and not interfering with how attractive the dish is.
