This Fraser Bliss wool cutter or strip slitter is in nice 1960's-1970's vintage condition. It works great but does not have a perfect finish on the body. I didn't find that it affected it's use at all. The cutting head has 3 blades and cuts very narrow strips as shown. I have no idea how old the head is but it still cut easily. The tension adjusted easily as well. There are only 2 rubber feet on the bottom which look to be in good shape. I don't have instructions or the wrench to include but you can still get accessories either from the Fraser Bliss Co. or other online sites. The bottom of the cutter measures 5 3/4 in. by 6 in.
