From the 1960's, this vintage Girl Scout Uniform is one that I actually wore myself to meetings. It has a few badges on the sash along with the two girl scout pins, and a patch that stated "Vandala Council" Which would have been from West Virginia, or the eastern region of the U.S. (not sure what it actually means)
