This vintage-inspired Christmas vignette is handmade using mostly vintage Christmas supplies. It features a large Lefton gold buckle red holly boot, a rubber-faced Santa with a spun cotton beard in a red felt suit, a Rosbro deer, and a gold teardrop Poland ornament. The design includes red and white satin ornaments on a gold chenille stem with small gold mercury glass beads, candy canes, starlight mints, a spiral gold chenille pick topped with a gold mercury glass bead, bottle brush and plastic red berry Christmas trees, frosted pine cones with red berries, gold and red round glass ornaments, and a gold glitter snowflake attached to a red lucite swizzle stick. The vignette measures 11 3/4 inches in height and 5 inches in width. The boot is in very good condition with minimal paint loss and crazing. Santa shows wear, with the whites showing age and a small tear in the felt on his shoulder. The Poland ornament and some small mercury beads have fading.
