* This vintage flowy open front topper is pre-owned and well cared for. There are no tags. There is discoloration on the inside seam (not the sheer fabric) under the right arm only. There are two sewn small side holes for a tie or belt but belt is not included. Otherwise just lovely! Measurements and more details in the photos.
