vintage porcelain Doll with display case

Ashley Belle "Mable" doll ? with wood/glass display case. The certificate that was in the case with her says she is Mable and is 182/1824. I can't find a mark on the back of her neck as the certificate states so don't know for sure who she is. She has no eyes, that's correct. It's a little strange since her dress has a black eyed Susan at the waist. The eyes are inside the head. When I first found her I thought she had dark eyes. It wasn't until I was taking the photos that I realized she has no eyes. She has long blond ringlets. Green and white dress, The wood case has a black enamel finish. It will hang, it has 2 hangers at the top, or sit on a flat surface with bottom feet. Glass panels on the sides. Green velvet backing. It measures 21" H X 12" L X 6 7/8" D. The case also has a long twist tie to anker the doll. The doll comes with a stand. She has porcelain head, hands and feet. She is 16" tall. Other than her eyes there is a small dark stain on the bottom of the dress.
