Stein is the first commemorative issues and vintage 90s dated 1994
Measures approximately 6 1/2 inches tall, not counting the handle, part that sticks out
Stein is limited edition first in a series of steins
Slight marks on bottom from moving storage etc
Autograph has been placed on a hard card stock, and is matted and custom framed
There's a couple of light brown age spots on the paper, but none are on the actual autograph
No COA on the autograph but it is definitely authentic as this was my mom's collection and I know that it was signed by Rush Limbaugh personally before he passed
Will be packed with great care to help prevent damage in transit
