This Connie A Lee sweater is beautiful. It's in great condition for being so old. It is a royal blue and beaded. It doesn't look like there are any beads missing, but there good be and if there are, they aren't noticeable.
Sleeves are Dolman.
Has a button and loop closure.
It has shoulder pads that look like they can be cut out.
Some of the Angora might be rubbed or pilled in areas.
Length 26.5 inches
Waist (bottom of sweater) 15 inches wide
Pit to pit is 26 or 52 inches wide (Dolman)
Sleeves are 23 inches long (end of shoulder pad to end of sleeve.
Hopefully these measurements help. It looks like it would be great as a medium or large.
