Overall, this set is in very good condition. The flat and fitted sheet are used, but in great shape the pillowcase is a little bit yellow and does have a little tear at the corner. Curtain panels appear almost brand new! See photos for stitching I do believe they are handmade. Current dimensions are as follows and contain four panels: 40"x62"
Please see photos for condition ; I know that the curtains will need to be washed because they do have some marks on them from Storage.
