The Winco ALRK-10 aluminum sheet pan / bun rack offers storage for multiple 18” x 26” sheet pans in one convenient location. This sheet pan rack is made from heavy-duty aluminum and can hold up to 400 pounds making it ideal for daily use in even the most demanding restaurant kitchens and bakeries. Each tier is spaced 3” apart allowing this rack to be used for a variety of foods. The (4) 5” casters allow the rack to be easily transported and maneuvered allowing it to be relocated to different workstations. The rack ships knocked down and is easy to assemble.
