Used in the end of ww1 thru the end of ww2, these were called Lucas lamps. They were used for Morse code signalling.
This lamp saved lives. People could have died over it. What battles has it seen? What honors and what atrocities? I don't know. But it is an amazing piece of history.
It does not include battery. Does include: original Morse code machine attached in box, lamp and cord, screw together stake, colored light filters, and spare parts box.
