This a custom elite raven action figure, I did not make this, I purchased it. So I have no idea what was used in it. All joints can move. Head can't move a ton, it can move but not as much as a normal figure. It is missing paint on a hand, the black armband in the upper arm is horribly done, the line isn't straight at all. There is black marks on the torso and some on the arms, I would imagine it would come off with acetone or alcohol.
