I've had this One S for 1.5 years now, and I decided to replace the fan, battery, and thermal adhesive to keep the console cool. I've cleaned out everything else like the cover and metal ones protecting the top and bottom to let air flow.
The controller does come with the custom battery and charger but the controller sadly had a loose chip or something which make one of the triggers stand out but overall its pretty good and it works fantastically and it doesn't have stick drift. It also comes with a charger.
The Xbox does come with power cord and hdmi cable.
