unfortunately i have no way of taking off the dell security manager myself, but if you contact Dell they can do it for $100, it just didn’t seem worth it to me as it has no affect on how the computer runs, just an extra step to logon. It also needs a new battery but they’re pretty cheap. It can run without one but it’ll have to stay plugged in. Otherwise its in perfect condition, im only selling it because i got a desktop for school (: Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have, i’d be more than happy to answer.
