VINTAGE PAPER-POPPER PISTOL Cap gun Good overall condition.Definitely has potential to be made to work again or display nicely as is. Looking over the condition of The paper popper pistol the condition is good it does have some scuff scratch marks and shows signs of normal wear and tear for a toy of its age. Testing showed the paper caps dont seem to be moving forward to the next one as they should.
