I have both items new in packaging and selling as is. The lamp is in working order. I painstakingly removed the batteries from Abu which is why he is the extra item. I am really listing the lamp and throwing him in. Abu was working with the batteries he had inside of him but was kind of warbled due to the batteries being older. I didn't want to invest in buying more batteries for him. So therefore he's a freebie....sort of. I cannot accept a return on this listing as Abu is an "as is" condition.
