This could be a unisex coat, size medium for men and XL and women (size on tag). Great condition, estimated early y2k. Faux fur/fuzzy collar and warm inside.
Measurements and sizing: 23” x 30” tag size is XL women but could fit a medium in men
Condition: a mark on the back (see photo) could be removed but I didn’t try just in case
