This is an East German uniform jacket. It is a size K52, which is appropriately XL in American sizing. The only problem with this jacket is that the buttons are not the original pebble grain. There is also one of those buttons missing on the front. I'm grading it "good" because this is common on East German items, which are getting hard to find.
It is not the splinter pattern camouflage but more of a grey. It does, however, have the concealed pistol holster, which fits the Makarov and similar size pistols.
