This election 96’ special penthouse is in good condition overall.

Has small tears on spine in the middle. Tattered dented spine corners. Creases. Scratches and scuffs on covers and edges. Dust. Minimal wear on edges of spine. Minimal damage on edges of cover. The original bag and board has dents and other damages. See photos.
I do not collect but I would say it is in good shape for being from 1996.
