This headset has been through the digital trenches with me. I'm talking Zoom meetings that could've been emails, conference calls that felt like a hostage negotiation, and the joyous, soul-crushing silence of deep work. And through it all, this H700 headset was my trusty steed. I LOVED it. The noise cancellation was so good I could pretend I couldn't hear my kids asking for a snack for the 17th time, and the battery life was so long I'm pretty sure it could outlast a glacier.
My company gave me a new computer, and everything changed. It started having issues connecting. It could be the headset, or it could be the finicky new work computer. Honestly, I have a poly headset, so I'm not going to pretend to know which one it is.
this is for someone who's up for a challenge. Consider this a great deal for parts or repair. Maybe you just need the charging base or a replacement part.
