The decorator of this plate was Alma Andersen of Alma Keramik (owned by Alma and Frederik Klein Rasmussen based in Vanløse in Copenhagen). This is a rare & highly collectable piece of Scandinavian pottery, probably dating sometime between the late 1930s to 1950s. These pieces were bought in as unglazed blanks from Brack & Sons in Taastrup - The moulded CVB Mark on the back stands for Carl Vilhelm Brack.
