These are vintage and previously owned and very collectible. They are in good condition. The post contains four munchkins and one flying monkey. I believe one is the mayor and one possibly the lullaby lady. They were released in 1988 as part of the Wizard of Oz 50th anniversary collection. They measure approximately 6 1/2 inches tall each ones just a teeny bit different depending on their hair and head. They have been stored in a case in a smoke free house.
