This half buckle carrier is basically brand new. I only used it with my son once. It comes with two removable shoulder pads. Retail price is closer to $300, depending where you buy it from.
This is technically the preschool size, but the panel can be adjusted for smaller children and toddlers as young as 18 months or 2 years old.
