Exquisite vintage beaded evening bag, measuring 9.5” wide x 6.5” tall. Fully hand-beaded in a seed pearl swirl design with a gold-tone frame and clasp. The clasp is adorned with a porcelain plaque depicting a romantic Rococo scene of a courting couple beneath a tree — a hallmark of mid-century French and Italian evening bags.
Interior fabric is intact but shows staining (see photos). Exterior beads have some staining and some areas where beading is worn and loose (see photos) and would need repair. The clasp is intact.
