There are no visual signs of stains, rips, snags or smells

Flaws will be noted here if there are any - there is a very small spot. See picture middle of chest. I did not try to launder the piece or soak good to clean it. I'm selling as is and the under side of the kick plate lining shows some dirt I guess probably from shoes again I did not try to clean it. The pictures with measurements measuring tape in order are length bust waste hip.

My mannequin has a 34 inch chest and a 26 inch waist. This dress is a little loose on it. You can see in the photos not tight fitting. That's why I am suggesting it's a medium. The size is too faded to read on the Care tag.
