Vintage Brass Leather Wrapped Lighter - Japan
Assume it's brass but not totally sure
Is engraved on the bottom looks like a double R a backward R and a forward R - I assumed it's a logo for a business but posted it to a couple lighter collector groups but no one seems to recognize it - so at this point not sure if it's a business logo or just was engraved for previous owner
The screw for the flint is a little weird - doesn't seem to want to stay tight but lighter sparks - no fuel to fully test
