All stamps are cancelled. As noted on the back-cover printed by the CPA (Central Philatelic Agency) for The Ministry of Communications of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR).
Appears to be purchased from the state run hard-currency Beriozka/Beryozka store in the early 1980s before they ceased to exist in the late 1980s. Some of the staples in the booklet do appear slightly rusty, but they do not impact the stamps at all.
Own complete series of beautiful Russian stamps from the 1970s and early 1980s, and a piece of mid-20th century history!
