This is a U.S. Military Government Issued Surplus Canteen Holder. It has attachments to attach your canteen to your belt for hiking and/or camping. It's Military Woodland Camouflage. The two snaps secure the canteen in the Holder. There's an extra small compartment with velcro. I believe it was made to carry a small bottle of water cleansing tablets that would make undrinkable water into safe water to drink. But you can use it to carry whatever small items you would like to. It has a crommet hole in the bottom to drain water in case you go into bodies of water or get soaked. Brand-New! Never used!
