This is a Kurume Hanten (a type of Japanese padded coat).
I don't know much about it, but I received it from an acquaintance.
It's made in Japan and seems to be very light and of good quality.
The tag says "KUWANO."
Here are my amateur measurements: width is about 590mm, and length is about 900mm.
I am 180cm tall and weigh 70kg, and it fits me with room to spare.
I'm not sure of the size, but I think it's around LL.
