Yes it comes with the Bose TP-1A headphones which on their own sell for about $40+shipping. See video this thing works and is in good condition. Just the CD player alone sells for $50+shipping in this condition. The ear pads on the headphones do have some wear and cracking, but are still usable, the speakers sound excellent. Comes with everything in first main picture... the CD player, CD player case, CD player manual, headphones, headphones bag.
