The coin was minted in Heraclea, circa 291-292 AD. 1700+ years ago and during the lifetime of Diocletian!. Coin's obverse: IMP CC VAL DIOCLETIANVS PF AVG; Bust of Diocletian right. Coin's reverse: CONCORDIA MILITVM; Emperor standing left, holding parazonium, receiving Goddess Victory from Jupiter standing right, holding sceptre. Reference book: RIC V Diocletian 284.
