This pressed penny is probably from somewhere near Clinton Lake, Kansas, which was built by the US ARMY Corps of Engineers in 1975. It is one of 3 different designs that I could find on the internet, so I'm assuming there was a fourth. Otherwise, there is no record of this machine having ever existed.

It is unusual for pressed coins to have any design on the back, but this one is engraved, "Always wear your life jacket".

You can see all of my Pressed pennies in one page if you keyword search PPxyz1.
