There are also recipes on the internet. This machine combi cooks air fries steams broils and bakes. If you have a small family then this is for you. I have made meatloaf spaghetti and meatballs chicken cutlet parmigiana and so many other dishes. Since I started using the Ninja machines I hardly if ever use my oven because dinner cooks so much faster and there is less dishes to wash.
