Overall fair to good condition for its age:
• Cover: taped on inside with marks (ink blob on front) and wear at edges and corners (slightly curled)
• Spine: marks and wear/slight tearing at ends
• Pages: overall good condition with some age marks, may have a couple folded corners and small tears
• Edges: age marks/spots and darkening (heavy on top edge)
