This beautiful and rare lithograph was originally given to the attendees of a Carl Barks banquet in 1995. This lithograph is signed and numbered by the legendary artist Carl Barks.
Includes an identically numbered copy of Carl Barks' January 30, 1995 handwritten letter regarding the work and there is also a color picture of Mr. Barks holding his original painting.
Carl Barks was a Disney Studio story artist in the 1930s working primarily on the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck short cartoons. Uncle Scrooge McDuck, Gyro Gearloose and other famous characters were created by Carl Barks and first appeared in his stories.
He is universally recognized as one of the best Disney comic illustrator and creator.
