This is a seriously collectible piece in overall very nice condition. I have the original paperwork on hand and can include it with your purchase! Mild yellowing of the logo panels, but nothing major. Light age to the leather for an overall nice, authentically vintage look. Light wear to the rollers and props on the bottom. Handle works perfectly. Corners are in excellent shape, and the interior is immaculate. I used this once, maybe twice as a carry on. Had the original keys.
This has been stored in my closet in my smoke free home.
PLEASE NOTE: one of the latches has been REPAIRED. One of the sliding latches broke off at the post. It was repaired by a craftsman who drilled out the inside of the post and used a matching gold screw to reaffix the slider. It’s stronger than it originally was, it’s not going anywhere. See the image and youll see what I mean.
You’re going to be hard pressed to find this piece in this good of condition anywhere else! Get it before I change my mind!
